Order Confirmation
We will begin processing your order within one business day upon receipt. During weekends or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. In the event of any delay, we will promptly inform you and provide an updated timeline.
Shipping Options
To make sure your range hood arrives safely and on time, we work with trusted carriers, we’ll help select the most suitable method based on your order and address:
DHL– A faster option (needs extra fee, depends on hood size).
Truck Company– For oversized or heavier products.
Local Carriers– Special solutions for remote areas or unique delivery needs.
Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping– Available across most of the U.S. (exceptions: Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and remote regions).
Duties Covered – For U.S. orders, we take care of customs and taxes.
Expedited Delivery – We offer expedited shipping option for rush orders with additional cost. Email us, we’ll prepare a quotation within one business day.
Remote Area Surcharge– Some regions (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada) may require an additional delivery fee. For a quotation, contact us at info@usarangehood.com. The specific fee will be determined by the size of the package and the distance.
Worldwide Shipping– We also ship internationally! Costs and transit times vary, and customers are responsible for duties/taxes at destination. For detailed cost and time estimates, please reach out to our customer service team.
Lead Time
Custom Products
Free Standard Shipping Lead Time: Orders will be delivered within approximately 45–55 business days.
Order handling time with production time included: 25-30 working days, transit time(delivery time): 20-25 working days.
Expedited Shipping Lead Time: Orders will be delivered within approximately 30–40 business days.
Order handling time with production time included: 20-25 working days, transit time(delivery time): 10-15 working days.
Note: The lead time for custom products will commence from the date on which the final drawing is approved and signed.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door. Every order is delivered by reliable carriers.
