Returns & Refunds
All of our custom range hoods, sinks, and bathtubs are handcrafted. Differences in tone, texture, or finish are part of the natural character of the materials and should not be considered defects. Requests for return or refund based solely on these variations cannot be accepted.
Please note that customized products cannot be resold, and we are unable to accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
-Change of mind or preference: If your order was made according to the specifications you approved (size, finish, or other details), we cannot take it back simply because the style or color no longer suits your taste.
-No quality issue involved: Returns for reasons unrelated to workmanship or material quality (such as personal preference) will not be accepted.
-Installed or mishandled items: Once a product has been installed or shows signs of improper use, it is not eligible for return unless there is a verified defect.
-Late requests: Requests made after the allowed return period cannot be processed.
If you believe your item has a genuine quality issue, please let us know within 3 business days of delivery by emailing info@usarangehood.com. Our support team will walk you through the return or refund process.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, please note:
-A 30% restocking fee applies.
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts and documents.
-Returns must be pre-authorized; unauthorized shipments may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Please note that shipping charges (including original delivery fees) are non-refundable.

-Motor/Blower – 10 Years
-Copper Bathtubs – 5 Years
-Hood Liners/Inserts – 2 Years
-Copper Kitchen Sinks – 1 Year
What’s Covered
-Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
-Structural integrity of the frame and key components
-Motor/blower malfunctions under normal use
-Defects in finish (not including natural patina or wear)
-Electrical parts such as switches and lights when used as intended
What’s Not Covered
-Damage caused by improper installation
-Misuse, neglect, or abuse
-Normal wear and tear, including scratches or patina changes
-Environmental factors like moisture, heat, or corrosive exposure
-Accidental damage or impacts
-Lack of maintenance
-Issues caused by third-party parts not supplied or approved by us
