Yes, we accept deposit payments. You may pay 50% of the total order value upfront, with the remaining balance due before shipping.

Please note: Once the design drawing has been approved, the deposit is non-refundable.

-Within 24 hours: You can cancel, but there’s a 3% transaction fee.

-After 24 hours (but before 48): There’s a 10% administration fee.

-After 48 hours: All sales are final.

-Once the drawing is approved and production starts: No cancellations are allowed. In special cases, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

-Once shipping begins: Orders cannot be canceled.
