  5. Receive a Hood Drawing: After placing your order, we’ll send you a detailed drawing of your custom product within 24 hours for your confirmation.

  6. Approve the Design: After you approve the drawing, we’ll begin manufacturing your custom product with the utmost care.

  7. Final Product Photos: Before we ship, we’ll send you photos of the finished item to ensure it meets your expectations.

  8. Shipment: Once approved, we’ll promptly ship your custom creation to your address.

  9. Track Your Order: You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number and an estimated delivery date as soon as your order ships.

Can I change my measurements after I place the order?

Yes! That is the benefit of our CAD approval process. After you order, you will receive a technical drawing. You can request adjustments to the height, width, or depth during this phase before we begin the actual manufacturing.

How long does it take to receive my custom range hood?

Typically, the process takes 8-10 weeks from the moment you approve the CAD drawing. This allows our artisans enough time to handcraft, finish, and test your hood to our premium standards.

What information do you need from me to provide an accurate quote?

To provide a precise quote, we need your kitchen's measurements (width, height, depth), your preferred material (stainless steel, copper, brass, zinc), desired finish/color, any custom patterns (for copper), and your chimney type (external ducting or recirculating).

What are the differences between the copper finishes: Smooth, Light Hammered, and Beehive Hammered?

Our Smooth finish offers a classic, reflective, and modern look. The Light Hammered finish features subtle, artisan dimples for a traditional, textured appearance that hides minor imperfections. The Beehive Hammered pattern is a striking, geometric design that adds depth and a contemporary artistic flair.

What color options are available for stainless steel?

Beyond the classic brushed stainless steel, we offer various color of range hood. These include timeless Black, pristine White, modern Grey, and even Blue or Polished accents. This coating is highly durable, resistant to fingerprints, and easy to clean.

Do you offer installation services?

While we do not offer global installation directly, we provide comprehensive, easy-to-follow installation manuals and video guides.  For customers in select regions, we can recommend trusted third-party installation professionals. Our support team is also available to assist your installer remotely if needed.

What if I need a color that isn't on your website?

Simply select the "Custom" option or leave a note in your cart with your Sherwin-Williams or Pantone color code. We will match it precisely to your specifications.

What if the product doesn't fit my space upon arrival?

This is why our pre-order consultation is so detailed—to prevent this issue. However, if a problem arises due to an error on our part, we will remake the hood at our cost.  We highly recommend double-checking all provided measurements before we finalize the design.

How do I take care of and clean my custom copper or stainless steel range hood?

We provide specific care instructions with your delivery.   Generally, for all finishes, we recommend using a soft, damp cloth with a mild pH-neutral soap.  Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Do you ship internationally? What are the costs?

Yes, we ship to most usa areas.  Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight of your custom hood, and your delivery address.  You will see the final shipping cost calculated and approved before you complete your order payment.

What is the returns policy for a custom-made product?

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, made specifically to your measurements and design choices, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or major non-conformity to the approved design proof.  Our detailed proofing process is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction before production begins.
